Is there a limit on how many coaching clients I can have?
No. The tiers differ in how much of the business half comes with them — finance, workflows, ads, the AI Studio allowance — not in how many people you coach. A roster that doubles does not double the bill.
What is the AI Studio allowance?
What the drafting costs. Training plans, meal plans and creative written by NeoAI draw on it, every tier includes an amount, and what is left is shown inside your workspace rather than discovered on an invoice.
Can I move between tiers later?
Any time, in either direction, from the billing portal. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the period you paid for, and your clients, plans and history stay exactly where they are.
Do you take a percentage of what my clients pay me?
No. Coaching payments go to your own payment account and we never sit between you and them. Neofitness charges you for Neofitness, and that is the whole relationship.
What is not in the price?
Sales tax, added at checkout depending on where you are. There is no setup fee, no per-client charge and no percentage of your coaching revenue — nothing appears after you have agreed to a number.
