Software for personal trainers

The sessions are paid for. The evenings are not.

Software for personal trainers is mostly a booking calendar, and booking was never the hard part. The hard part is the eleven online clients whose programmes need writing, whose check-ins need reading, and whose messages arrive while you are on the gym floor with somebody else.

The week you actually have

Six in-person clients, eleven online, and a Sunday that disappears into writing next week’s training blocks.

Programming is copy, paste, and hope

Last week’s block gets duplicated and edited, because writing eleven of them from scratch is a day nobody has. The edits are where the coaching is, and they are the first thing to get skipped.

Check-ins arrive as paragraphs

A weight, a photo, three sentences about sleep and one about a sore shoulder, in a chat thread. Turning that into a decision means reading four weeks back.

You are the notification

Every question, reschedule and excuse comes to your phone, and answering fast is most of what clients think they are paying for.

What this changes

Three specifics, rather than a feature list

A first draft of the week, per client

NeoAI writes the next training block from that client’s profile, their history and what they told you at the last check-in. You edit it. It reaches them when you say so.

Check-ins read for you

Weight, measurements and what they wrote come back as a change over time rather than a wall of chat, and a stall is something you are told about rather than something you notice in month three.

Your technique videos, attached

Clips you have already filmed sit against the exercises that need them, so a plan explains itself when you are not there to demonstrate.

Where the drafting stops and the coaching starts

A generated training week is not coaching and this product does not pretend otherwise. What it is, is the ninety per cent of a block that is the same every time — the structure, the progression, the accessories, the format — assembled from what is already known about this person so that your attention goes to the ten per cent that is about them.

Nothing reaches a client until you assign it. The draft is labelled as AI-drafted while it is a draft, and your edits are the version they see.

The injury question, answered honestly

A client with a shoulder problem needs a coach, not a generator. The product’s position is that it will use what is in their profile and their check-ins, and that it will not decide for you: a plan is a proposal until a qualified human signs it off, which is a rule about who is responsible rather than a limitation to be engineered away.

It is also why health data is handled the way it is. What a client writes into a check-in is their data, held per workspace, visible to the coach they hired and to nobody in another workspace.

Do clients need an app?

No. A client gets a link to their own portal — plans, check-ins, progress and anything you have shared — and it works in a browser on a phone. There is nothing to download, no invite chain, and no client asking you to reset a password for an app they use once a week.

The business half, which trainers usually run in a notebook

Enquiries, follow-ups, renewals and invoices are the part that decides whether coaching pays, and they are in the same product as the programming: a prospect who asked about coaching in March is a record with the reply already drafted, not a message you have lost.

Questions people ask about this

Does NeoAI replace me as the coach?

No, and it is built so that it cannot. It drafts; you assign. A plan and a check-in response are both proposals until you approve them, and the client sees your version rather than the draft.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. They get a link to their own portal and it works in a phone browser — plans, check-ins, progress and messages. No app store, no download.

Is this safe for clients with injuries or conditions?

It uses what is in their profile and their check-ins, and it never assigns anything on its own. Clinical judgement is yours: the product’s job is to stop you writing the same block for the fourth time, not to decide what someone with a bad shoulder should lift.

I coach in person as well. Does that fit?

Yes — in-person clients are clients with sessions and no online programme, or with both. The calendar and the client record do not care which kind somebody is.

Last reviewed on . Something out of date or wrong? Tell us and it gets fixed.

Give it one client and read the first draft.

Add a client, fill in their goals and restrictions, and NeoAI writes the opening training week and the meals to match. You edit it before anybody sees it.
